HOW TO APPLY NAIL ART GEMSUpdated a month ago
Prep Your Gems:
Pour your nail gems into the Gem Plate and give it a gentle shake to spread them between the ridges. This makes picking them up much easier.
Use the dual-ended Gem Applicator to pick up, place, and adjust your gems effortlessly.
Adhesive Options – Choose What Works Best for You:
Option 1: Nail Glue (Strongest Hold)
- Place a drop of Nail Glue on a piece of plastic.
- Use an Orange Wood Stick to pick up the glue, then apply a dot on your nail where you'd like the gem to sit. Make sure the glue dot matches the size of the gem.
- Quickly pick up the gem with the wax side of the Gem Applicator and press it onto the glue.
- Tip: If the gem pops off, you may not have used enough glue. Adjust the amount so it perfectly fits the size of the gem.
Option 2: 2in1 Base Coat & Extension Gel Adhesive (Long-Lasting Hold)
- Apply a thin coat of 2-in-1 Base Coat to your entire nail.
- Use the wax side of the Gem Applicator to place your gems and the metal side to position them exactly where you want.
- Cure your design under the Ezmio Nail Lamp for 60 seconds.
- Apply a layer of No Wipe Top Coat, carefully painting around the gems with a nail art brush to avoid dulling their shine.
Option 3: No Wipe Top Coat (For Small, Light Gems)
- Apply a coat of No Wipe Top Coat to your entire nail.
- Use the wax side of the Gem Applicator to pick up and place the gems, adjusting their position with the metal side.
- Cure under the Ezmio Nail Lamp for 60 seconds.
- Note: This method is best for small, lightweight gems, as the top coat provides a lighter hold than the other options.
✨ Pro Tip: Always handle gems with care and avoid applying top coat directly over them to maintain their sparkle. Happy gemming! 💅💎
